Stefan Timm Managing Director

Stefan Timm has over 20 years of experience in structuring and distributing investment solutions for family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors – across both international investment banks and owner-managed asset managers. His expertise spans private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure, and structured finance. At REIA, he serves as Managing Director, Investor Relations / Business Development, and – together with Oskar von Kretschmann – is responsible for expanding the firm’s investor platform in Germany.

Before joining REIA, Stefan was Head of Investor Relations & Business Development at aam2core Holding AG. Prior to that, he led the development of the German investor base for Fundamenta Group Deutschland AG. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at HSBC, RBS, and ABN AMRO, focusing on structured products and alternative investments. Stefan holds a degree in Business Administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Outside of work, Stefan is a passionate tennis player, skier, and surfer. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
